Thunderhawks continued to tie exhibition games this weekend. On Friday, Grand
Rapids tied Benilde-St. Margaret's, 2-2, in a two hour scrimmage.

The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks won their IRC Jamboree
matchup with the Virginia Blue Devils, 2-0. Tony Palkki (Sr.) led the way,

Successful first weekend of scrimmages

Grand Rapids, Minn. - The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks kicked off the
exhibition season Friday against the defending state champions. Hill-Murray
bested Grand Rapids in a competitive 2-1 scrimmage. Patrick Moore (So.) scored
the lone goal for Grand Rapids.

Grand Rapids to host two weekends of scrimmages

hosting two weekends of scrimmages again this year. The scrimmages will be held
on November 21, 22, 28, and 29.
